Initial Columbarium Niche Selection Process

Sunday, September 13, 2026 – Registration opens

• Pick up a registration form from the Columbarium table in the Commons, or download it here. You may also contact the church office to have the form mailed to you.
• Complete the form in its entirety.
• If you have a preference as to the location of your niche, please list 3 spots that you’d be happy with. If you are selecting the ossuary, no location is needed.
• Return your completed registration form to the Columbarium table or church office, by Sunday, October 25, 2026 either in person, by mail, or by email. Submit payment (check or proof of online payment*) with your registration. *If you pay by credit card online, please select the option to add 3% to offset processing fees.
• Your form will be reviewed for completeness and entered into the selection process.
• Review the funeral planning guide provided when you register for a niche.
• Schedule an appointment with Pr. Brandi to discuss your funeral wishes, if desired.

Sunday, October 25, 2026 – Registration for Initial Niche Selection closes

Beginning Tuesday, October 27, 2026 – Initial Niche Selection

• All completed registration forms with valid payment qualify for the drawing.
• Names will be selected at random.
• You will be assigned one of your three preferred niche locations. If none of your three preferred locations are available, you will be asked to choose another location.
• All applicants will be notified of their niche location by phone and written confirmation.

After the Initial Niche Selection process is complete, remaining niches will be available on a first-come-first-served basis until the columbarium is full.

Important Information

• The columbarium has 55 niches. Each niche can hold up to 3 sets of cremains. The ossuary holds up to 150 sets of cremains.
• Niche assignments are final.
• No refunds or exchanges will be offered after purchase.
